5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates dirhams unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and order totals are shown before you confirm payment. Prices may change, but changes will not affect an order after we have accepted it.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Where cash on delivery is offered, the full amount is payable to the courier. We do not store full card numbers when card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates where the selected courier operates. Estimated delivery times are normally shown at checkout or before dispatch and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, courier, address, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

You must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address or recipient confirmed for the order. Please report missing or damaged deliveries promptly.

7. Returns and refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, washed, or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned. We may accept a return of an unused item only when it remains in its original packaging, all hygiene seals are intact, and proof of purchase is provided.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported promptly after delivery and may require photographs or other evidence. Approved refunds will be issued through an appropriate method after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Nothing in this section excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE consumer law.
